Meet Chuck

Chuck was our border collie mutt we adopted in 2015. We lived on a 10 acre farm in Indiana and he needed a forever home to run and herd and be an energetic young pup. He ended up being my best friend, my soul dog who went everywhere with me for ten of the best years a dog mom could ask for. He passed away suddenly of cancer January of 2025 before we could get the food truck finished. He is with us in spirit and would have loved meeting all of our lovely customers and unashamedly begging for your leftovers.

A wet dog sitting on a boat, with water and cloudy sky in the background.
A happy dog with brown, black, and white fur sitting on a patterned rug inside a house.
A dog standing in clear shallow water on a sunny day with a blue sky and scattered clouds, and a person walking in the distance.

“There’s just something about a crunchy, juicy chicken tender that makes the rest of the world feel… less annoying. Add some sauce, a few pickles, and suddenly life makes sense again. Honestly, if everyone ate one of these, we’d probably have world peace by Tuesday.”

Now meet Chuck’s

Hi! I’m Anne — one half of the husband-and-wife duo behind Chuck’s crispy chicken sandwiches. I’ve been food-obsessed for as long as I can remember, always chasing down great eats and then trying to recreate them in my own kitchen (with a healthy twist, of course). When I’m not cooking, you’ll probably find me in the garden, growing anything that might eventually end up on my plate. There’s truly nothing better than turning something I grew myself into a crave-worthy, unforgettable dish.
